Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of TechPlato Agency services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Description
TechPlato Agency provides professional digital services including Design, Development, and Growth support. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed by both parties.
Payment Terms
Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment milestones are stated in your project agreement. Late payments may pause active work. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable for completed work and approved deliverables.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final approved deliverables unless otherwise specified. TechPlato retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, tools, methods, and reusable assets used in project delivery.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely feedback, approvals, and provision of required content or access. Delays in inputs may impact project schedules. Clients also confirm they have rights to all materials provided to TechPlato.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechPlato is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability related to services will not exceed the total fees paid for the affected engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement under the conditions defined in the signed agreement. On termination, clients pay for work completed up to the termination date, and both parties return or secure confidential materials.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be handled in competent courts located in Ontario.
