We partnered with HealthTrack Inc. to build a native iOS application that empowers patients managing chronic conditions to take control of their health. The app integrates with leading wearable devices, syncs seamlessly with healthcare provider systems, and maintains full HIPAA compliance throughout.
From architecture to App Store launch, our team handled the entire development lifecycle. We worked closely with clinicians, patients, and HealthTrack's internal team to ensure the app was not only technically robust but genuinely useful for people navigating complex health journeys.

HealthTrack needed a mobile solution that could reliably collect and transmit sensitive health data while remaining accessible to an older demographic. The app had to integrate with a fragmented ecosystem of wearable devices, meet strict regulatory requirements, and deliver a user experience simple enough for patients with limited tech literacy.
We built the application using React Native with custom native modules for Bluetooth connectivity, ensuring reliable pairing with 12+ wearable devices. A secure cloud infrastructure with end-to-end encryption handled data transmission, and we designed an interface with large touch targets, clear typography, and guided onboarding flows tailored for accessibility.
